All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend to 48–72 business hours. Orders are processed on business days only.
Shipping Time
Orders with verified payment and shipping details are typically shipped within 24–72 business hours after processing. Orders paid via bank transfer, cashier’s check, or money order will be shipped once payment has cleared.
Address Verification
If the billing and shipping addresses do not match, additional verification may be required. Orders will only be shipped after successful verification.
Shipping Methods
- Items weighing under 100 lbs are shipped via standard carriers such as UPS or FedEx.
- Items weighing over 100 lbs are shipped via freight (LTL) carriers.

Shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipment details. Additional charges may apply for certain locations.
Special Locations
For shipments to locations outside the continental United States (such as Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico), additional arrangements may be required, and final shipping costs may differ.
